About the Case Study

Cork City Council engaged OpenSky to develop and deliver an online-based CBL system to enable a range of self-service features and functionality for three specific types of user: the housing applicant, the housing administrator and the housing counter staff. The CBL system needed to be easily accessible to housing applicants using a web enabled device while the public portal needed to be intuitive with premium user experience, whilst being highly secure to protect user data.
